AEM Developer
Job Title: AEM Developer
Duration: Remote
Type: Contract or Perm
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with businesses, designers, and authors to developers and deliver a state-of- the-art Digital Platform using the Adobe Experience Cloud, with the Adobe Experience Manager CMS and DAM being the focus
- Design elegant and efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates
- Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM capabilities and best practices (e.g., Editable Templates, Style System, Core Components, Fragments)
- Lead code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions
- Proactively identify design solution options, preparing and presenting pros/cons and recommendations to architects and product owner
- Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
- Proficiency in working with CI/CD teams to build and deploy bug -ree objects
- Implementing headless CMS architecture, visualization, and development processes.
- Proficiency with Git-based code repository interactions and commands, GitFlow branching strategy, and typical pull-request and commit merging processes
Requirements:
- Experience using Headless CMS
- 4-5 years of AEM experience, preferably working on 6.3+ versions
- 4+ Years of development experience in Java with react.js framework
- Corporate Retail experience is a big plus
- A team player, willing to go out of their way
